Miss Ismail is a dedicated educator with a knack for numbers and a heart for students. She's one of our dynamic math teachers, who inspires middle school minds with the beauty of equations. But her role doesn't end there. As the Academic Resource Teacher for Upper School, she's the guiding light for students navigating the challenges of higher education. With a passion for unlocking potential, Miss Ismail goes beyond the numbers, nurturing each student to reach their maximum capabilities and achieve academic excellence.

Mrs. Lavalle is a compassionate educator with a commitment to student success. Transitioning from her role as one of our school's Interventionist to currently teaching second grade, she brings a wealth of experience to the classroom. With a keen eye for assessing students' academic levels, Mrs. Lavalle crafts personalized learning plans to propel each child towards achievement. Specializing in both reading and math, she dedicates herself to strengthening foundational skills, ensuring her students are well-prepared for the challenges of the upcoming school year. With Mrs. Lavalle at the helm, every student is empowered to thrive and excel.

Ms. Voll is a seasoned educator with over two decades of experience igniting the love of learning in young hearts and minds. As one of our dedicated Kindergarten teachers, she brings a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to the classroom each day. Beyond her role in Kindergarten, Ms. Voll is actively involved in fostering academic excellence as the sponsor of the National Elementary and National Honor Junior Societies. Her true passion lies in nurturing the budding literacy skills of her early learners, instilling in them a lifelong love for reading and writing. With Ms. Voll's guidance, every child embarks on a journey of discovery and growth, laying the foundation for a bright academic future.

The Bridge

The Bridge is a program specially tailored for newly accepted students or students who have enrolled within the past year and are still acclimating to our curriculum. Areas of our demanding curriculum that have historically challenged new students will be emphasized. Subjects such as Shirley English and our Advanced Mathematics.
Summer School
Week 1: June 17-20 | Week 2: June 24-27 | Week 3: July 15-18 | Week 4: July 22-25
Grade Level Groups: (K5 - 2nd Grade) | (3rd - 5th Grade)
Summer School is designed for current students who are struggling in math, reading, or both areas. This program is created to help close learning gaps and provide remediation for specific skills. This program may be required for some students to meet promotion criteria.

Boot Camp

Grade Level Groups: (K5 - 2nd Grade) | (3rd - 5th Grade)
Boot Camp is focused on enrichment and gaining a deeper understanding of subjects during the summer. This program will assist students in building upon previously learned skills, introducing new content for the upcoming grade level, and accelerating to their next level of learning. Parents can also request that their students work on summer packets during this session (students must bring their packets with them).
